Re: Issue tariff pages relating to Telecom Decision 2021-181 – Requests to review and vary Telecom Order 2019-288 regarding final rates for aggregated wholesale high-speed access services

In Telecom Decision 2021-181,^Footnote1 the Commission approved final rates for aggregated wholesale high-speed access (HSA) services for the ILECs^Footnote2 and cable carriers^Footnote3 that were approved on an interim basis prior to the issuance of Telecom Order 2019-288,^Footnote4 subject to changes to the supplementary markup and the implementation of speed banding. These changes will require the filling of revised tariff pages.

Accordingly, the Commission directs Bell Canada, Bell MTS, Cogeco, Eastlink, RCCI, SaskTel, Shaw, TCI, and Videotron to issue, within 30 days of the date of this letter, revised tariffed pages for the provision of their respective aggregated wholesale HSA services that reflect the determinations set out in the decision.

The Commission considers that the decision to direct the ILECs and cable carriers to issue revised tariffed pages is consistent with the 2019 Policy Direction^Footnote5 and the 2006 Policy Direction^Footnote6 and will ensure tariff pages for aggregated wholesale HSA services for each wholesale provider is accurate and based on the most recent Commission determinations.
