Dear Sir:
On 18 March 2021, SaskTel filed an application requesting to review and vary Broadband Fund - Project funding approval for BH Telecom Corp.’s Saskatchewan transport fibre project, Telecom Decision CRTC 2021-45, 4 February 2021 (Telecom Decision 2021-45).
On 14 April 2021, SaskTel filed an application to stay the implementation of Telecom Decision 2021-45.
On 6 May 2021, SaskTel filed a letter notifying the Commission that it wished to withdraw the above-noted Part 1 Applications.
SaskTel’s request to withdraw its applications is accepted, and the public file for these applications are therefore closed.
