RE: Ontera - Tariff Notice 149 – General Tariff, Special Facilities Tariff
Dear Mr. Gauvin:
On 12 April 2021, the Commission received an application from Ontera, a division of NorthernTel, under Tariff Notice 149, in which the company is proposing revisions to its General Tariff CRTC 25520 in order to introduce a new Special Facilities Tariff in Part I, Section 6, Item 1020 – Services Offered in Ontera Serving Area pursuant to NorthernTel LP tariffs.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
