RE: DMTS - Tariff Notice 81 – General Tariff, Special Facilities Tariff
Dear Mr. Gauvin:
On 12 April 2021, the Commission received an application from DMTS, a division of Bell Canada, under Tariff Notice 81, in which the company is proposing revisions to DMTS’ General Tariff CRTC 25370 in order to introduce a new Special Facilities Tariff (SFT) – Section 1000, Central Office Located Customer Provided Equipment (Central Office Located CPE).
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
