Dear Mr. Beckman:
On 18 March 2021, SaskTel filed an application requesting to review and vary Broadband Fund - Project funding approval for BH Telecom Corp.’s Saskatchewan transport fibre project, Telecom Decision CRTC 2021-45, 4 February 2021 (Telecom Decision 2021-45).
On 14 April 2021, SaskTel filed the above-noted application to stay the implementation of Telecom Decision 2021-45.
Staff considers that for the purposes of timeliness and efficiency, SaskTel’s application to stay the implementation of Telecom Decision 2021-45 should adhere to the same process timelines as its request to review and vary Telecom Decision 2021-45.
Accordingly, interested parties may file a response or intervention to SaskTel’s request to stay the implementation of Telecom Decision 2021-45 by 26 April 2021.
SaskTel may file reply comments with respect to any responses or interventions received when it files its reply comments by 6 May 2021.
