RE: Télébec, Limited Partnership – Tariff Notice 518 – General Tariff and Special Facilities Tariff
Dear Mr. Gauvin:
On 19 March 2021, the Commission received an application from Télébec, Limited Partnership, under cover of Tariff Notice 518. The company is seeking to amend its General Tariff (25141) and its Special Facilities Tariff in order to update certain definitions. At the same time, the company is seeking a number of administrative changes.
Commission staff continues to analyze this application.
As a result, this application and any subsequent related amendment will not be approved provisionally on the 15th calendar day following the date of receipt. However, the Commission intends to make a determination regarding the application and any associated subsequent amendments within 45 business days of its filing.
