Dear Mr. Gauvin:
On March 23, 2021, the Commission received an application from Groupe Maskatel Québec L.P. (Maskatel), under Tariff Notice 83. Maskatel proposed revising some pages of its General Tariff in order to update some definitions and suggested a number of administrative changes.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
