Re: Northwestel Inc. - Tariff Notice 1099 – Requests for information – Extension Request
Dear Mr. Thompson:
This letter is in response to Northwestel Inc.’s (Northwestel’s) 5 March 2021 letter requesting an extension to the filing date for responses to Commission staff's requests for information (RFIs) related to Tariff Notice (TN) 1099, dated 16 February 2021.Footnote1 Commission staff had requested detailed information related to the costing support filed for TN 1099. A response was to be filed by 23 March 2021.
Northwestel submitted that its experienced costing personnel are currently fully engaged in preparing responses to the Commission's RFIs related to the proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation 2020-367Footnote2 and some of the responses for the TN 1099 RFIs are dependent on the completion of the responses to those RFIs.
Commission staff acknowledges the resource limitations and, in the interest of obtaining complete information, considers Northwestel’s requested extension to be reasonable. Accordingly, Northwestel is to file its responses to Commission staff’s RFIs related to TN 1099 by 20 April 2021.
