Dear Mr. Thompson:
This is further to our letter to you dated 24 February 2021 regarding Northwestel Inc.’s (“Northwestel”) confidentiality claims in respect of its Community Engagement Report (the Report) filed with the Commission in response to the funding condition set out in Telecom Decisions 2020-257, 2020-258, 2020-259, and 2020-260, and to the Council of Yukon First Nations’ (CYFN) 25 February 2021 letter addressed to Chris Seidl.
Please provide to me, by 5 March 2021, a copy of the materials that Northwestel sent to CYFN as committed to in its letter dated 17 February 2021, and in compliance with staff’s letter to Northwestel dated 24 February 2021.
