Subject: Tariff Notice 558 – Withdrawal of Operator-Assisted Call Display
Dear Ms. Ho:
On 23 November 2020, the Commission received an application from Telus Communications Inc. in which the company proposed revisions to its General under Tariff Notice 558, CRTC 21461, Item 308, Operator Services in order to withdraw one element called Local Operator Assisted Dialing, also known as, operator-assisted call display block.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
