RE:  Tariff Notice 1115 – IP/VPN Special Facility Service #2

Dear Mr. Thompson:

On 6 January 2021, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc., under Tariff Notice 1115, in which it proposed revisions to its Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010 to introduce a new Item 785 – IP/VPN Special Facility Service #2. This proposed service will extend the customer’s Internet Protocol/Virtual Private Network (IP/VPN) Network at 1.5 Mbps to a location outside of the standard serving areas as shown in the V-Connect service tariff pages.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Sincerely,
