On 8 October 2020, the Commission received an application from Telus Communications Inc. in which the company proposed revisions to its General Tariff, CRTC 21461 in order to destandardize Item 513 – Dedicated Loop Service and Item 522 - Analogue Private Line Services.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
