Re : Part 1 Application – 2021-0396-9 – Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) - CBAF-FM-12 Margaree, Nova Scotia – Response to a request for an extension

Dear Ms. Kirshenblatt,

This is in reference to the above-noted Part 1 application submitted by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) for a technical amendment to the authorized contours of CBAF-FM-12 Margaree, Nova Scotia, a rebroadcasting transmitter of CBAF-FM-5 Halifax, Nova Scotia.

On 23 August 2021, Commission staff sent a Procedural Letter requesting additional information related to this application.

Commission staff received a letter dated 24 August 2021, in which the CBC indicated that due to the extent of the information requested, it required an extension to the deadline to respond to the request for information.

Commission staff has reviewed your extension request and will amend the reply date for the request for information sent on 23 August 2021. Staff therefore requests that the CBC reply by 8 September 2021.

In light of this new date for filing the requested information, the deadlines for this Part 1 application will be modified as follows:
