CJIJ-FM Sydney – Revocation of licence

1. Membertou Radio Association Inc. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the Indigenous radio programming undertaking CJIJ-FM Sydney, Nova Scotia, originally granted in New Native FM radio programming undertaking, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-52, 27 February 2002.
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to section 9(1)(e) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Membertou Radio Association Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
