Broadband Fund Payment Order – Approval of Claim Form – November 2021

1. On 19 November 2021, the Commission approved a claim form submitted by the following broadband funding recipient as set out below. The Central Fund Administrator has been directed to distribute the payment to the recipient associated with the claim.
