BBC Canada – Revocation of licence
- Jasper Broadcasting Inc. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the English-language discretionary service BBC Canada, originally granted in BBC Canada, Decision CRTC 2000-484, 14 December 2000.
- Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to section 9(1)(e) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Jasper Broadcasting Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
