Various Indigenous (Type B Native) radio programming undertakings – Administrative renewals
- The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the Indigenous (Type B Native) radio programming undertakings set out in the appendix to this decision from 1 September 2022 to 31 August 2023, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences.
- This decision does not dispose of any issues that may arise with respect to the renewal of these licences, including any non-compliance issues. The Commission reminds licensees that they must, at all times, operate their undertakings in compliance with their current conditions of licence, the Radio Regulations, 1986 (which includes the requirement to submit annual returns for each broadcast year by a prescribed deadline), and any other obligations.
