Subject: Broadcasting and Telecom Notice of Consultation (“BTNC”) CRTC 2020-81, Call for Comments - Provision of paper bills by communications service providers, (CRTC File No. 1011-NOC2020-0081) - Cogeco Communications Procedural letter, request for an extension
Dear Mr. Beaudry,
Commission staff are in receipt of your letter dated 15 December 2020 regarding the above-noted Call for Comments, wherein Cogeco Communications indicated that, due to unforeseen circumstances, it was unable to prepare its filing on the matter noted above within the prescribed time frame.
Based on the circumstances, Commission staff hereby extends the submission deadline for Cogeco Communications to file responses to the request for information to the above-mentioned process to 8 January 2021.
Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must actually be received by the Commission, not merely sent, by that date.
Further, any party to this proceeding may now file final replies on the responses by no later than 20 January 2021.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
