RE: Telecom Notice of Consultation 2020-366, as modified by Telecom Notice of Consultation 2019-366-1
The Commission is in receipt of a letter dated 24 November 2020 from TekSavvy Solutions Inc. (TekSavvy). In its letter, TekSavvy notes the absence of a published template for Support Structure licence agreement (SSA), and requests that the Commission direct all ILECs to file a current version of their SSA template on the record of this proceeding. The Commission did not receive any comments on TekSavvy’s request.
In the process set-out in Telecom Notice of Consultation 2020-366-1, the Commission noted that parties that wish to request information from other parties may file their proposed questions with the Commission by 3 February 2021. The Commission noted that these proposed questions will be taken into account in the formulation of requests for information.
TekSavvy may make its request at that time.
