RE: Procedural Request - Part 1 Application Regarding “COVID Alert” App, “ABTraceTogether” App and Related Matters - Staff’s response to PIAC’s requested reply deadline extension

Dear Mr. Lawford,

In a letter dated 7 December 2020, the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) indicated that, due to a confluence of deadlines, it was unable to prepare its reply filing on the matter noted above within the prescribed time frame.

Based on the circumstances, Commission staff hereby extends the submission deadline for PIAC’s reply to the above-mentioned process to 11 December 2020.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must actually be received by the Commission, not merely sent, by that date.
