Your application has since been posted to the public record for the “Establishment of new deadlines for Canada’s transition to next-generation 9-1-1” consultation, on the CRTC website.
Your letter notes that you are requesting that your costs be payable by “telcos”. For convenience, on this letter I have copied the telecommunications service providers that participated in the proceeding giving rise to your application for costs.
To ensure that respondents have sufficient time to respond to the application for costs, respondents will have until December 14, 2020 to file a reply.
