RE: Request for disclosure on the public record of certain information filed in confidence regarding the introduction of unlimited Terrestrial Internet packages
Dear Mr. Thompson:
The Commission received a letter dated 26 November 2020 from Mr. Daniel Sokolov requesting disclosure of certain information filed in confidence by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) in its response to a request for information regarding the introduction of unlimited Terrestrial Internet packages, which it submitted on 13 November 2020.
In accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure, the company may file a reply by 3 December 2020, serving a copy on Mr. Sokolov.
Following the reply, Commission staff will make a determination on the request for disclosure.
