RE: Tariff Notice 1109 – Housekeeping and Definitions Update
Dear Mr. Thompson:
On 12 November 2020, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc., under Tariff Notice 1109, in which it proposed changes to General Tariff CRTC 3001, Private Wire Service Tariff CRTC 3003, Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010, Carrier Access Services Tariff CRTC 21480 and Local Network Interconnection Tariff CRTC 21481 - in order to update and align the definitions for certain terms, and make certain housekeeping changes for clarity and consistency.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
