RE: Tariff Notice 148 – Housekeeping and Definitions Update
Dear Mr. Gauvin:
On 16 November 2020, the Commission received an application by Ontera, under Tariff Notice 148 in which it proposed changes to General Tariff CRTC 25300, and Access Services Tariff CRTC 25521 in order to update and align the definitions for certain terms, and make certain housekeeping changes for clarity and consistency.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
