RE:  Tariff Notice 7621 – General Tariff, Accelerated Installation Service

Dear Mr.Phillippe Gauvin:

On 9 November 2020, the Commission received an application from Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 7621 in which the company proposed revisions to its General Tariff CRTC 6716 – Item 106 – Accelerated Installation Service, in order to add Item 6000.2 - Advanced Intelligent Network – Switch ReDirect to the list of business services which are eligible for accelerated installation.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
