RE: Tariff Notice 1101 – Revisions to Symmetrical Gateway Internet Service Special Assembly
Dear Stan Thompson:
On 29 October 2020, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc., under Tariff Notice 1101, in which it proposed changes to Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010 – Item 763 - Symmetrical Gateway Internet Service Special Assembly proposing to remove the existing bandwidth options for 1000 and 2000 Mbps and introduce bandwidth options of 3000, 4000 and 5000 Mbps with unlimited usage.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
