RE: Tariff Notice 1098 – Addition of new speeds - Special Assembly #9 Layer 2 Ethernet Wide Area Network Service

On 14 October 2020, the Commission received an application from Northwestel, under Tariff Notice 1098, requesting approval to revise its Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010 – Item 777 in order to upgrade the speed and monthly rate, as well as make several housekeeping changes for additional clarity.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
