RE: Registration of FGLTEL Inc. as a CLEC

Dear Claude Tambu:

This letter is to confirm that FGLTEL Inc. (FGLTEL) completed the requirements to register as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). Based on the information provided, FGLTEL meets the requirements to be placed on the CLEC list as a CLEC type I and is hereby authorized to:

FGLTEL is reminded that in order to remain on any registration list(s), it must comply with the appropriate regulatory regime and complete the required information in the Data Collection System (DCS) on an annual basis.

The registered entity must also keep any information in its Basic International Telecommunications Services (BITS) license application current.

Failure to comply with any of the above-noted statutory requirements may result in the revocation of FGLTEL‘s authority to provide service and removal from the CRTC’s registration list(s).  As per Telecom Regulatory Policy 2019-354, entities removed from any registration list will be placed on the list of withdrawn telecommunications provider registrations published on the Commission’s website.
