RE: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 547 – Migration of items from legacy tariffs
Dear Sir:
On 28 July 2020, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, under Tariff Notice 547, in which it proposed to move two legacy Tariff Items - 1000 - Activation of a Network Routing Capability and 6701 - Digital Access to the Public Switched Telephone Network from CRTC 10003 Maritime Tel & Tel Limited Special Facilities Tariff and CRTC 11003 Island Telecom Inc. Special Facilities Tariff and add them to its current General Tariff CRTC 21491 – Tariff Item 756 and 757 respectively.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
