RE: Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2019-57, Review of mobile wireless services – Procedural request from Bell Mobility to strike certain evidence filed by the Commissioner of Competition from the record of the proceeding
Dear Madams, Sirs:
The Commission has received a letter from Bell Mobility (Bell) dated 4 August 2020, requesting that the Commission strike the Matrix Report, which was prepared by Dr. Chipty and filed as evidence by the Commissioner of Competition in his 19 November 2019 Further Comments, from the record of the proceeding.
Parties, other than the Commissioner of Competition, may comment on Bell’s request and reasons provided in support thereof by no later than 13 August 2020.
The Commissioner of Competition may, in turn, respond to Bell’s request and to comments made by other parties in regards to this matter by 20 August 2020.
