RE: Extension of Deadline for Cost Application for the Participation of the Canadian National Society of the Deaf-Blind, Inc. (CNSDB), in TBNC 2020-124: Call for comments – Regulations to be made under the Accessible Canada Act
Dear Madam, Sir,
The Commission is in receipt of your letter, dated 20 July 2020, requesting an extension to file CNSDB’s cost recovery application. Specifically, the CNSDB requested that the Commission extend the deadline for its cost recovery application to 29 July 2020. In support of its request, CNSDB cited technical resource constraints due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Commission staff encourage CNSDB to file its application as soon as possible. The Commission will consider this request for an extension of time as part of its evaluation of CNSDB’s application for funds.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
