Commission staff are in receipt of your letter dated 11 March 2020 regarding the above-noted Call for Comments, wherein TekSavvy requested the issuance of an updated Notice of Consultation in order to amend its characterization of TekSavvy as a “dominant communications service provider in the Canadian market.”

Commission staff is of the view that your request is relevant to this proceeding. However, staff considers that this request may be adequately addressed as part of the Commission’s determination following this proceeding. Therefore, the Commission will address the matter at the time of the publication of its decision.
