Dear Mr. Boswell:

Telecom Decision CRTC 2020-104, TELUS Communications Inc. and the Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. – Requests for disclosure of information filed in confidence as part of the Telecom Notice of Consultation 2019-57 proceeding, and related procedural requests, 24 March 2020 (the decision), the Commission rendered its determinations on various requests for disclosure of information filed in confidence as part of the further comment stage of the proceeding identified in the subject-line above (proceeding). In the decision, the Commissioner of Competition was directed to publicly disclose certain additional information in his further comments and in the report of Dr. Chipty by filing revised abridged versions of these documents on the public record of the proceeding. The decision also indicated that you would be sent a letter under separate cover providing further specific instruction regarding implementation.

In that regard, please accept the present along with the attached, encrypted copies of the confidential version of the Commissioner’s further comments and of Dr. Chipty’s report. These copies specifically identify, by means of green highlighting, the additional information that is to be disclosed. Any information marked in a shade of yellow is to remain redacted from the abridged documents.

Pursuant to the decision, please file the revised abridged versions through the CRTC website using GCKey, disclosing the identified additional information, on 14 April 2020 (and not before that date). We request that you not serve your revised abridged documents on any party to the proceeding.

Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned should you have any questions.
