On 28 February 2020, the Commission received an application from Aptum Technologies (Fibre) Inc., under Tariff Notice 1, requesting that the Commission approve the introduction of the company’s Access Services Tariff.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt.
