RE: Northwestel Tariff Notice 1073 – Try-it-and-Save Promotion
Dear Sir:
On 14 February 2020, the Commission received an application from Northwestel, under Tariff Notice 1073, proposing to revise Northwestel’s General Tariff, item 1734, in order to extend the Try-it-and-Save Promotion to existing residential and business Internet customers who subscribe to item 1735 – Terrestrial Cable and DSL Internet services for an additional one year period.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of these applications.
Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
