RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notices 7606 and 964 – Bell Canada General Tariff, Access Services Tariff, Special Facilities Tariff and National Services Tariffs
Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 541 – Bell Aliant General Tariff Definitions and Housekeeping updates

Dear Mr. Gauvin:

On 16 January 2020, the Commission received the following applications: i) Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7606, proposing to revise its General Tariff, Access Services Tariff and Special Facilities Tariff and ii) Bell Canada Tariff Notice 964, proposing to revise its National Services Tariff. On 17 January 2020, the Commission received Tariff Notice 541, from Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, proposing to revise its General Tariff. The company proposed these changes in order to update and align the definitions for certain items, and make certain housekeeping changes for clarity and consistency across all the tariffs.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of these applications.

Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Sincerely,
