RE: Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2019-57, Review of mobile wireless services – process letter regarding Commissioner of Competition’s request for disclosure of confidential information filed by Bell Mobility
Dear Madams, Sirs:
Pursuant to the process set out in Telecom Notice of Consultation 2019-57, Review of mobile wireless services, Footnote1 on 13 January 2020 several parties, including Bell Mobility, filed replies to the further comments that were filed by the Commissioner of Competition (the Commissioner) on 22 November 2019.
Bell Mobility designated certain information in its reply as confidential and filed an abridged version for the public record. In a letter dated 15 January 2020, the Commissioner requested the Commission to direct Bell Mobility to disclose the complete unabridged version of its reply to the Commissioner.
In this regard, Bell Mobility may file reply comments in response to the Commissioner’s request by 22 January 2020. Alternatively, if it does not object to the Commissioner’s request, Bell Mobility may provide the unabridged version of its 13 January 2020 reply to the Commissioner, as requested, by 22 January 2020.
