RE: Tariff Notice 549 – Introduction of the Call Control feature
Dear Ms. Dupuis:
On 31 October 2019, the Commission received an application from Telus, under Tariff Notice 549, requesting approval to revise its General Tariff CRTC 21461 - Item 300, Call Management Services, in order to introduce a new residential line feature, Call Control.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be disposed of by the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
