Northwestel Inc. – Final approval of a tariff application

1. The Commission approves on a final basis the following tariff application:

   Northwestel Inc.	TN 1050 General Tariff –   Revisions to Terrestrial Enterprise Internet Services	31 May 2019	4 June 2019

2. An intervention was received from SSi Micro Ltd. (SSi) in support of this application requesting immediate and expedited approval.
3. In accordance with the 2019 Policy Direction,^{Footnote 1} the Commission considers that this order, which is based on a complete record, can promote affordability, consumer interests, and innovation. Specifically, the final approval of this application will promote consumer interests, since it (i) allows customers to exchange routing and reachability information between autonomous systems on the Internet in the case of wildfire destruction and (ii) ensures that consumers and competitors continued to have access to high quality telecommunications services.
4. Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 calendar days of the date of this order. Revised tariff pages can be submitted to the Commission without a description page or a request for approval; a tariff application is not required.
