Various companies – Interim approval of tariff applications

1. The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff applications:

   Applicant	Tariff Notice and description	Date of application	Effective date
   Amtelecom Limited Partnership (Amtelecom)	TN 82 General Tariff – Implementation of local competition in the serving territory of Amtelcom	12 June 2020	12 July 2020
   Bell MTS, a division of Bell Canada	TN 825 General Tariff – Introduction of Employee Discount Plan	11 June 2020	1 August 2020

2. The interim approval of these applications complies with the 2006 and 2019 Policy Directions^{Footnote 1} by facilitating efficient tariff processes while enabling the Commission to consider, on the basis of a complete record, how its final decisions can promote competition, affordability, consumer interests, and innovation.
3. Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 calendar days of the date of this order. Revised tariff pages can be submitted to the Commission without a description page or a request for approval; a tariff application is not required.
