CHRF Montréal – Revocation of licence

Evanov Radio Group Inc. has requested the revocation of the broadcasting licence for its French-language AM radio programming undertaking CHRF Montréal, Quebec, effective 31 May 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
The licence for the undertaking was originally granted in AM radio stations in Montréal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-721, 17 October 2011.
Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(2) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Evanov Radio Group Inc for CHRF Montréal.
