RE: Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2019-57, Review of mobile wireless services – online survey questionnaire
Dear Madams, Sirs:
On 3 December 2019 an online survey was launched to better understand the needs, behaviours and habits of Canadians regarding their mobile wireless services. Once the exercise is complete, further procedural instructions will be issued regarding the survey results and how they may be addressed on the record of the proceeding.
In the meantime, Commission staff is providing parties with a copy of the full list of questions in both official languages (see attachment).
