RE:  Tariff Notice 14 – Amendments to CLEC Access Services Tariff

Dear Sir:

On 21 October 2019, the Commission received an application from Distributel Communications Limited (Distributel), under Tariff Notice 14, requesting approval of amendments to its Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Access Services Tariff CRTC 21591, and requesting that the Commission ratify the charging of certain rates by Distributel pursuant to subsection 25(4) of the Telecommunications Act.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
