Dear Ms. Robertson and Mr. Eaton:
On 30 October 2019, the Commission received a letter from Novus, informing that Novus and Marcon had concluded an agreement for timely access to the MDU 567 Clarke + Como Development, and that accordingly, the application may now be considered closed.
In light of the above, Commission staff advises that the 18 June 2019 Part 1 application from Novus is now closed.
