RE: Iris Technologies Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc. – Applications for relief regarding the termination of traffic to certain 867 numbering plan area telephone numbers. Request for further information

Dear Sirs:

In a letter dated 23 October 2019, Commission staff requested that Iris Technologies Inc. (Iristel) and TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) respond to requests for information in the above-mentioned applications by 30 October 2019.

On 24 October 2019, the Commission received a letter from Iristel requesting that the deadline be extended to 6 November 2019, due to the unavailability of internal resources that Iristel requires to answer the request. TCI did not oppose Iristel’s request.

In light of the above, Commission staff modifies its deadline and requests that Iristel and TCI respond to requests for information in the above-mentioned applications by 6 November 2019.

Sincerely,

Original signed by
