RE:  Tariff Notice 536 - Removal of the Little Bay Islands, Newfoundland and Labrador Exchange from General Tariff

Dear Sir:

On 4 October 2019, the Commission received an application from Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, under Tariff Notice 536, requesting approval to revise its General Tariff CRTC 21491 - Item 200.2 – Local Service Areas and Exchange Bands and Item 646.4 – Local Interconnection Regions, Exchanges and Points of Interconnection in order to remove reference to the exchange of Little Bay Islands in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
