RE: Part 1 Application by Cloudwifi Inc. for an Order completing Cloudwifi’s CLEC Registration or to require Bell Canada to sign a MALI with Cloudwifi – Request for information
Dear Sirs,
In order to continue its consideration of the above noted application, Commission staff requests that Cloudwifi Inc. (Cloudwifi) and Bell Canada (Bell) demonstrate how their respective relief sought and outcome proposed in this proceeding would be consistent with the Order Issuing a Direction to the CRTC on Implementing the Canadian Telecommunications Policy Objectives to Promote Competition, Affordability, Consumer Interests and Innovation. Your response should demonstrate how your position put forth in this proceeding promotes competition, affordability, consumer interests, and innovation.
Cloudwifi and Bell are requested to provide a response to this correspondence by 25 October 2019.
Other parties may also provide a response by 25 October 2019, if they wish to do so.
Any document filed with the Commission must be served on all parties. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
