RE: NorthernTel Tariff Notice 401 – Change to the Terms and Conditions for Digital
Exchange Access Service and Integrated Services Digital Network 23 B+D (ISDN 23 B+D) Service
On 24 September 2019, the Commission received an application by NorthernTel under Tariff Notice 401, in which it proposed changes to its General Tariff CRTC 25510 – Section N900 - Digital Exchange Access (DEA) Service and Integrated Services Digital Network 23 B+D (ISDN 23 B+D) Service to update the Terms and Conditions of these services.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
