RE:  Télébec, Société en commandite Tariff Notice 513 – Change to the Terms and Conditions for Digital Local Access Service and Integrated Services Digital Network Service (ISDN)

Dear Sir:

On 23 September 2019, the Commission received an application by Télébec, Société en commandite under Tariff Notice 513, in which it proposed changes to its General Tariff CRTC 25140 – Section 8.1.3 - Digital Local Access Service and Section 8.9 - Integrated Services Digital Network Service (ISDN) to update the Terms and Conditions of these services.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
