RE: Bell MTS Tariff Notice 821 – Change to the Terms and Conditions for Hosted IP Telephony Service, Digital Exchange Access Service, Megalink Service and SIP Trunking (Regional) Service
Dear Sir:
On 20 September 2019, the Commission received an application by Bell MTS under Tariff Notice 821, in which it proposed changes to its General Tariff CRTC 24001 - Item 1988 – Hosted IP Telephony Service, Item 1990 – Digital Exchange Access (DEA) Service, Item 2000-Megalink Service (ISDN Primary Rate Access) and Item 2264 – SIP Trunking (Regional) Service to update the Terms and Conditions of these services.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
